Mandarin Village Restaurant

Old style Chinese family run restaurant in downtown Courtenay. Probably the most genuine Chinese cuisine in the Comox Valley certainly not the typical western version this food. The menus maybe hand written and battered, but the intention is sincere. Only Chinese restaurant that actually plays Chinese music in the background. They have dim sum at lunch but no evening Chinese smorg (thank god). We make a point of eating here on Chinese New Year for special menu.
